To minimise the potential effect that COVID-19 could impose on our services, VIP Vet Centre will be introducing certain protocols that will have a staggered roll-out, depending on the current situation. These protocols whilst mildly inconvenient, have the purpose of not only protecting our valued clients, but our VIP staff and their families, to ensure that we can continue to offer our services to your beloved pets.

As of January 24th, all clients attending the clinic must wear a mask and limit their visit to one person per pet. Those who are carer’s or have small children (and anyone who wishes to) can have their consult with our vets via telephone from their car. Please inform staff at the time of booking your appointment if you would prefer to run as a telephone consult.

We will keep our clients up-to-date on any changes that come into affect as soon as possible, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult times to continue to provide you with a high-level of service. Updates will be announced via our Facebook page and this News Section of our website.
